CODE OF ETHICS
The purpose of the Code of Ethics is to shape a proper work culture within PPH Limpol and in its relations with the external environment. The Code outlines the core principles guiding the behavior of PPH Limpol Employees and the implementation of the company's development strategy, as well as ensuring customer satisfaction.

We act in accordance with our mission in relationships with our Customers, Suppliers, and Employees. We adopt a responsible approach in the country where we conduct our business. In particular, we commit to complying with tax regulations in force in Poland. Our goal is to build long-term relationships based on fair and honest principles with our suppliers and customers. There are no more or less important positions.

COMMUNICATION
We communicate in a way that promotes honesty, clarity, and directness. Open interpersonal communication, along with an understanding of the company’s strategy and goals, increases engagement in assigned tasks and improves operational efficiency. At the same time, communication is conducted in accordance with:

PROTECTION OF THE COMPANY'S IMAGE AND REPUTATION
Every employee of PPH Limpol is responsible for protecting the image and good name of the company within the scope of their duties. In the case of public speeches, interviews with journalists, or any contact with third parties or the media, each employee is obliged to follow the internal policies of PPH Limpol regarding the communication of external information.
ZERO TOLERANCE FOR CORRUPTION
We strongly condemn any practices involving offering, transferring, or giving material or personal benefits — either directly or indirectly — to public officials or individuals making business decisions in other entities, beyond what is customary, in order to secure favorable decisions and/or behavior.
RULES REGARDING BUSINESS TRAVEL, EXPENSES, AND EXTERNAL MEETINGS
In external interactions, all employees are obliged to uphold the reputation of PPH Limpol as a professional and trustworthy organization. We also take care of the company assets entrusted to us. During business trips or when incurring representation expenses — including costs related to external meetings — we act in a responsible, justified, and transparent manner, consistent with the principles established by PPH Limpol.
ENVIRONMENTAL AWARENESS
We operate in accordance with the environmental protection laws in our country and comply with legal regulations regarding the natural environment. We consciously limit the environmental impact of our operations by minimizing the use of natural resources and reducing waste generated through daily activities. We also strive to promote an eco-friendly lifestyle among our employees by organizing initiatives that encourage active participation in protecting the environment.
SOCIALLY RESPONSIBLE BUSINESS
As a socially responsible company, we have been engaged in social initiatives since the beginning of our operations. Our efforts are mainly focused on supporting families and children in particularly difficult life situations.
